Get to know me

My love for music began when I listened to the radio as a family every Sunday morning before church and in the car on the way to church! I was so excited to begin my musical journey when I started taking lessons on the piano as a nine-year-old. I immediately fell in love with playing this beautiful instrument and learning different songs I had heard growing up, as well as standards and classics, including such songs as Fur Elise, The Entertainer, and Yesterday.

My following instruments to learn at age eleven were the drums and all the fantastic percussion instruments that come with learning at a public school. I taught myself the guitar and enjoyed playing in our church choir until I graduated high school.

Over the years, I have created original music, produced many songs, and learned much as a music producer, engineer, performer, and singer. I have always felt a deep desire to teach and share music, and I look forward to helping you on your own musical journey.

Lately, some of my newfound passions include dancing different styles such as country swing, salsa, bachata, and rumba.
